WELCOME TO THE 2007 SNOWMASS NATIONAL!

Snowmass Village has once again been named a host site for North America's most prestigious mountain bike race series. On August 9-12 2007, the National Mountain Bike Series race is expected to bring several thousand amateur and professional racers to Snowmass Village for this spectacular event.

The National Mountain Bike Series tour will reach its climax in Snowmass Village as this year's event will host the National Mountain Bike Series Finals, which determines the series champions.

The two-day event will consist of epic cross-country, downhill, mountain cross, super-D, and short track events. Racers from all 50 states will participate as well as a huge international field. Riders will be racing within their age category and within their ability. Along with experiencing the fierce competition bicycle fans can visit the full exposition area at the Two Creeks Base Area. There they can see how the professionals and amateur teams prep for the race, and talk to the top cycling industry experts. The schedule of events includes many non-competitive outlets for the entire family with daily demos, clinics, free kids races, nightly music and more.
